Adrian is Managing Partner of the Firm and the head of our Criminal law practice. Adrian is an experienced litigator in the field of criminal law. His practice area is focused exclusively on criminal law, field on which he gained a very strong experience during the years.
His professional experience includes assisting and representing clients in front of the courts in criminal disputes, and also the representation of corporations and individuals, victims of fraud or violence offences, in white collar criminal investigations, malpractice and litigation.
Adrian received a PhD in Criminal Law (with the thesis “Physicians’ Criminal Liability for Professional Misconduct – Theory and Judicial Practice”) and since 2011 he is an assistant lecturer at the Nicolae Titulescu University – Faculty of Law, in the Criminal Law Department and is the author of various articles and papers related to criminal law.
Since April 2020, Adrian is also a lecturer within The National Institute for Training and Development of Lawyers (in Romanian language version: ”Institutul National pentru Pregatirea si Perfectionarea Avocatilor”).
Also, Adrian has been invited as a speaker at several national and international conferences regarding the New Criminal and Criminal Procedural Codes, terrorism, cyber-crime and tax evasion.
Adrian is a member of the Bucharest Bar Association and Romanian Bar since 2005.

Lamya is Deputy Managing Partner of the Firm. Her practice area is focused exclusively on criminal law, field on which she gained a very strong experience. The area of practice consists mainly of criminal case files having as object economic and financial crimes and malpractice. Lamya assisted and represented clients at all stages of the criminal case file, in front of the criminal prosecution bodies, including the specialized structures National Anticorruption Directorate (DNA) and Directorate for Investigating Organized Crime and Terrorism (DIICOT).
Lamya also has an intensive publishing activity, being recognized among theoreticians of criminal law as the author of articles and books in renowned legal journals such as Law Magazine, Criminal Law Review, LESIJ, etc., indexed in international scientific data-bases.
Lamya holds a PhD in law (with the thesis ”Self-defense and provocation in the regulation of the new Criminal Code. Connections in theory and judicial practice”) and she followed the steps of academic evolution, being now a Lecturer at the NicolaeTitulescu University – Faculty of Law, in the Criminal Law Department, where she plans, organizes and conducts seminars for the students of the second year of studies, also holder of the Criminology discipline.
She is actively participating in numerous national and international specialty conferences and attending the summer schools of some well-known universities in the world, of which we mention the Universite Libre de Bruxelles.

Bogdan is the head of our Business Advisory team, coordinating the projects related to Civil Law, Corporate and Commercial Law, Employment Law, Banking and Financing, Insolvency and Restructuring.
Bogdan has gained significant experience in the field of Corporate and Commercial Law, being involved in important litigations, acting for both domestic and international clients. In addition to successfully representing his clients in front of national courts and various arbitral forums, Bogdan is acting as legal adviser for his clients, advising them on both their current business activities or on important corporate restructuring operations, including mergers and acquisitions or exit deals. Bogdan has also advised domestic and international clients in transactions involving the acquisition of significant assets in Romania, coordinating the acquisition process from the due diligence stage to the final negotiations of the SPA’s provisions and the SPA implementation.
Bogdan has successfully graduated the Law School of University of Bucharest (2012), the Business Law master program offered by the same university (2013), and the International Business Law master program offered by University of Paris II – Pantheon-Assas (2014).
In addition, Bogdan has graduated several specialization courses/programs, all related to Business Law, including “Introduction to US Law” program organized by Institute of US Law (Washington D.C., 2011), “Law and Economics of International Contracts” program jointly offered by University of Paris II – Pantheon-Assas and Yale University (Paris, 2014), as well as the “Transnational Law” program with focus on International Finance and Comparative Corporate Law organized by Duke University and University of Hong Kong (PRC, SAR Hong Kong, 2015).
Bogdan is fluent in both his native Romanian and in English. In addition, he has limited working proficiency in French and Spanish.

Mircea is a Senior Associate of the Firm. His practice area is focused in criminal law, especially in economic offences, being specilised also in different other areas of law with particular emphasis on criminal litigation. His practice focuses on economic criminality and violence offences. In addition to his litigation practice, Mircea provides comprehensive and tactical legal advice to both individuals and organisations in relation to day-to-day legal matters.
Mircea graduated from the University of Bucharest Law School (2016) and holds a Master`s Degree in Criminal Law from the University of Bucharest Law School (2019), and he is a PhD candidate at Faculty of Law – Nicolae Titulescu University, in criminal law area.
He is author of various articles published in renowned legal journals, and author/co-author of three books.
Mircea is a member of the Bucharest Bar Association and Romanian Bar since 2018.

Răducu is Senior Associate, specialized in business law, with a particular focus on employment matters.
He has been involved in a broad range of disputes covering many civil law areas. In addition, he has advised his clients on various commercial issues.
He graduated the Law School of University Alexandru Ioan Cuza of Iasi.
Răducu is fluent in Romanian and English.
He is a member of the Bucharest Bar and Romanian Bar Association.

His experience revolves around: fraud, money laundering, criminal tax evasion and fraud, racketeering, juvenile defense, obstruction of justice, drug crimes, hate crimes, murder, criminal asset forfeiture, threats, computer crimes, immigration, firearms crimes, corruption crimes, driving under the influence, witness representation.
Francisc has also assisted numerous individuals before criminal prosecution bodies and courts, including a former president, a former vice prime-minister, politicians and businessmen.
He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Bucharest (2019) and graduated with Honours a master’s degree diploma in Criminal Law and a L.L.M. in Commercial Law from the University of Exeter.

With a solid foundation in administrative and political studies from the National School of Administrative and Political Studies, which she completed in 2023, Cristina possesses a strong academic background that reveals her commitment to excellence in the field of law.
Her role within the Firm is to assist our attorneys in performing research activities in various areas of law. Cristina has extensive experience with the documentation process especially in performing analysis of both jurisprudence and scholars opinions.
